@maxwellbugg, what sort of fees are we talking? What's the description of the charge as it appears on your invoice?
Is it a rate plan change fee or a contract cancellation fee?
It might be a good idea to jump onto Live Chat. They'll run through the invoice and confirm what was offered at point of sale.
If there are clear notes, there really shouldn't be an issue adjusting your invoice to reflect what'd been offered.
