My online account has recently 'somehow' been taken over by my husbands details as he got a new phone and gave our home email address so now i cant access my account details online.
anyone have this happen to them?

Your customer details and service details have been replaced by your husbands? The service that we'd originally attached your My Account profile is no longer there?
