This happened a couple of weeks ago & is happening again. My friend who's with dodo doesn't get any SMSs sent from any optus accounts, but still gets all non-Optus SMSs. How can we fix urgently? We can receive SMSs from her, but she can't receive from us.
Hey @glittergrrl, that is a bizarre issue. As it is happening to your friend who is with Dodo, they should reach out to Dodo to investigate their service, unfortunately we wouldn't be able to see it on our end.
