no mobile data

I've had no mobile data for the past 2 days and can't get anyone on Optus chat to answer my question. Does anyone know what is going on?

What suburb/postcode are you located in? There may be a known outage at that location which customers can check anytime.

Have you tried restarting your phone? Tried your SIM in another phone?
