new number can not make or receive calls

Hi officer,

 

I have recently signed a new $40 plan add to my existing service.

The new number can send msg and use data properly, However, the number can not make or receive any calls.

Please help me to check that issue if possible

Sorry to hear that. Has this issue been sorted out for you yet? If not, What error message are you hearing when trying to make a call?
