mobile order tracking


hey there i ordered a phone about 48-52 hours ago and i still havent recieved my tracking number or processed email the only number ive received is pp18988 which according to the id*** on the phone isnt an optus order number. i have gotten no answers to any of my questions. i orderd the optus x spirit in the pre paid phone only part through afterpay so can anybody at all help me plz
