I lost my phone just before COVID-19 hit while on holiday, I went into Optus and they had put it on hold and as I am on a plan, and someone found it and sent it back to me, but how do I unlock it without having to go into the store, I have an account that I logged into, but it is not connected to this plan for some reason.
