On Sunday 15th September I applied online for an iphone 7 128gb on the $45 plan. I quickly recieved temporary and then confirmation of the order, but the 1-5 day delivery timeframe has past. Tracking the order provided no updates.
Following up with the online chat I've receivied mixed answers as to the phone's availability. It is still advertised on the optus website, but now only in the black which is fine.
Could someone please follow this up with me.
