international 300 minutes

Hi there,

my plan includes 300 international calls, however I made some calls to Dubai, Prague and Vienna, totally 115mins and I will be charged for $249.82 AUD for these calls.

I am just wondering if anyone had a same situation like me and how to solve it.

All depends on your plan.
Its normally only to specific countries, not any country for 300 minutes.
