Im currently in Brisbane and have a new iPhone X. I can only get access to 3G in Everton park. I’ve alreaded accessed settings and enabled 4G for voice and data and reset network settings etc. I called Optus and they informed me I can only get 3G where I am but the coverage map says I should be getting 4G. There is no deviation in the map with 20kms of me that says 3G so I’m not sure why.
I’m not sure I’ve ever had a 4G connection.
Can anyone help?
When you are in a different area of Brisbane check if you are getting 4g coverage.
If you don't in a couple of other areas it must be the phone.
