iPhone pre order

Hi all, has any been allocated a phone or are they as well getting the “if the device is out of stock Optus will provide updates blah blah blah” message?

Hey @ashjohno, great to hear that you've pre-ordered the new iPhone! That delivery date is just an estimate at this stage, we can only advise that orders will start to be delivered from 21/09. Unfortunately if you’re waiting on stock we can’t give an exact timeframe for delivery. We’ll be in contact about your order, further info on this and delivery here → If you ordered online you can track it once you have the confirmed order number emailed to you. My confirmed order has been sent to me, but it just gives me a message “If the device is out of stock, Optus will provide you with regular updates as it may take longer than 1-5 days to complete your order. For more information go to:” will there be a real update soon?
