Hi there. My phone seems to be on a loop of shutting itself off every time I turn the wifi on. It’s been like that the whole day. I got the phone just in October sent home for me from Optus. It still has got its warranty but I’m unsure how to proceed.

Hey Michele914976 - thanks for your message, not good to hear about the defect with your device. Try going through our troubleshooting steps here and see if that fixes it. If that doesn't help, then you can proceed with a warranty claim, it's recommended to go into an Optus store so they can assess the device and then send it off for repair.
