We recently upgraded our iPhone X to iPhone 12. Since doing so, we often have people try to call, it doesn’t ring and most of the time won’t log a missed call. Sometimes I get a notification of a missed call despite having the phone in my hand at the time sending a text and it doesn’t ring.
At first I thought it was an issue with the phone however, my husband and I have had the same issue at the same time so I’m thinking the issue lies with optus. There’s always service so that’s not the problem. I’ve read about switching aeroplane on/off, tried that and turning on/off yet nothing makes a difference. Getting beyond frustrating, I getting sick of saying it didn’t ring!
