I have ordered my phone on 04-Oct (11 days ago). Since then, I haven't received any update on the delivery date. The estimated delivery was displayed at 2-3 weeks. We are already talking 2 weeks after the order, still no update. This is not a good reflection on your customer service. I have been with Optus from last 11 years!
