i got the email below which has confused me because I have not made an order update to Optus for my mobile service, and, according to my online account I don't have any outstanding orders. There appears to be no way to respond to the email asking what on earth Optus are on about. How do I communicate in a private way with Optus about this email. A medical condition makes speech very difficult for me, so my preference would be written communication. Is there some way of raising queries with Optus that doesn't involve pasting my query to a public forum?

I think the chat service is going to be the way to go for me, thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Their app won't work on my phone because I rooted it for added security which Optus, counter-intuitively, find insecure
