financial hardship bill

I was enquiring on behalf a friend i was wondering if your having financial hardship and unable to pay your mobile bill and a extension of 1 month is not long enough to pay off. Is there a payment plan agreement allow customers to enter???

There's a specific Financial service team that handles Financial hardships. They should be able to help your friend out. Their direct number is 1300 303 509.
