I can't see DASHBOARD when I log into my account. For the most part this is what I get on the page:

I've been trying for a long time and still no dashboard. I've a few time-sensitive actions to do but need the dashboard to get to those links.
Any one else get this and found a solution?
My Account is not the most friendly site. A few things you can try
1) Try a different browser
2) Open an incognito widow
3) Try login to Yes Crowd and using the drop down switch to My Account
If all else fails leave it for a while and try, try again or online chat to Optus to get your requests actioned.
Have you used any data yet? It gets confused if you havent done anything.
I think I sorted out some problems in my account, by getting chat to relocate to email2@fdiu. Then I renamed it back to email@. However, that caused me to lose my yes crowd ID.
