It appears you haven't asked anything that a fellow crowd member could answer. Aside from being slightly rhetorical why would anyone else know why some part of the Optus website doesn't work? I've ended up on help pages occassionally as I google a query and the the answer leads me there.
FWIW I find the self help pages of varying quality but more often these days some thought has been put into providing well structured and compehensive answers (like this one on power over ethernet).
The crowd seems to work better if you ask it a question people can chip in to. Otherwise your statements just tend to stand as efforts to provide feedback to Optus.
