Hi All, I too have been billed hundreds of dollars for content services that I never subscribed to. Should we all come together to lodge a complaint with the ombudsmen ? Has anyone had success in having these charges reversed. Not sure why i should have to chase a third party that optus clearly has some sort of billing arrangement with.
Optus does get a slice of the action (a few years ago it provided half of all Premium SMS services available)
Reversing the charges is quite straight forward (a lot easier than goin going to the TIO etc)
Ring Optus and request they refute the charges (it will take some days to process). You should get a refund then.
