I have just received my last bill and been charged $14.90 for a service called MIA Sphere Live. Seems like others have had this problem too. How do I cancel and how do I get refunded that money. I don't remember signing up for anything.
Have a word with support on the link below and get them to change your premium service spend to zero so that this wont happen again. I would also ask them for a refund at the same time. Apparently you can also do this via the Optus app if you have it installed.
