case number

Hi - I have a case number for my mobile phone charges while overseas - I can log on to the link on my mobile phone but I can't logon via my desktop - I have tried putting in the DCM number and case number, but no luck - any help would be great - thanks

Hey IrisJ - do you mind sending us a private message with the link, your case number and your account details (full name, DOB and service/account number)? We will need to take a closer look at this.
