Cannot talk to anyone at Optus.all automated. Lost / stolen phone and want to cancel sim if possible. Have been trying all morning.
Make sure you get some kind of receipt off them, because I'm sure half of chat is just watching TV, and thinks it's fun to just to avoid doing what you asked for.
