cancel current contract

I cannot for the world, find where to cancel a contract online. Cant talk to anyone with the messanger service as the corona crazy has shut that down. Not supposed to call the hotline due to corona crazy. I am paying for an out of contract service I don't want anymore. It needs to be cancelled asap. 

 

Please good peoples help!!

I'm afraid we don't have access to customer accounts here on this public forum.

Please leave Optus a message for further assistance and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. It can't be done online.
