can't disactivate voice on pre-paid

Hi there,

any idea why I can't turn my voicemail off on pre-paid, I did try txt 9999 and 8, I tried my account settings, no such thing in there, I trried 1509 call I think that's the number I dield but no option for it either,

Hi

Have you tried using the My Optus app? Go to service and service settings, then set up call diversions.
