Extremely agravating when I try to activate new SIM and keep old number it tells me to put my old SIM back in. Why?
Why don't they just port the number over to the new SIM?
Now I'm stuck on the page where it asks to select the Plan when I already have a $40 prepaid recharge with the new SIM.
Hi @daz62, what are you trying to do? Are trying to change from a Postpaid (billing) service to Prepaid or vice versa?
Or you are already a Prepaid customer with us and just want to replace the sim? What is the reason for sim replacement? We don`t have access to customers account on this public forum.
