bills issues

personally i am restricted in China because COVID-19 and i have applied the suspension on my current plan but two days ago i still received the bill this month. I have not used the service since Feb and i have applied suspension for several times. the main issue is that i cannot know the exact date which i can go back to Australia and reset this phone service with your company. is there any solution can cover my current situation because i do not want to receive the bill every month without staying in your service area.
