activation

I switched from Amaysim to Optus yesterday at 1.30pm.  The lady in the shop told me that in up to 4 hours it would be activated.   I live chated with Optus at 6.45pm!  Amaysim had not released the number yet but that eventually happened about 7pm.   Here we are at 2am the next morning and still no Optus service!

 

What is going on?
