account issues

Hi,   no one  has  replied  to  my  sept 1  private  message.  I continue  to  recieve payment  reminders, and  auto mated  call  backs  from optus  on my  mobile.  Please  use  my  email  address  for  all  communication. this account  is  still in a  good mess.....      a511563@optusnet.com.au.    how  hard  can this be  ??

credits  have  been  given, and  then  more  late  charges  applied  etc.....

I will continue  to  pay the $40.00  per  month, until   someone  sends me  a  complete  reconcilliation  of  my  account.    whats  charged  and  whats  reversed.....
