This has happened to me, 1 day after I activated my sim, I get a text message from yobee, wtf is yobee and why are they allowed to subscribe me up and charge me as soon as I sign up with Optus, Optus you must get better security on your system as this has never happened on any other provider and only your customers are complaining about it online.

If I get charged by this now after turning it off on my account as the forum has said to do and I’ve messaged back stop I will be going to the ombudsman to show that this is a known issue that has not been fixed on your system and is costing your customers.
