Hi I went into an Optus store today and asked for the Samsung note 8 and then went home and opened it to realise they have given me the Samsung 8+ what can I do I'm devistated that this has happend as its definently not the phone I wanted I have not turned the phone on or set anything up yet
Go back to the store and take everything back and get them to switch it over
