Wrong DOB given for porting number - how to rectify?
Hi there, I signed up to a new postpaid mobile contract wth Optus and wanted to port my number over from my old Aldi pre-paid mobile. Unfortunately it appears that I provided the wrong date of birth to the shop assistant (I gave my wife's - thinking she was account holder) when porting over and now there is an error code and my new plan is not activated.
Is there any easy online fix for this or will I need to wait to call Optus tomorrow morning to sort this out?
