I have been charged by this company called Womooda a whopping $32++ this month and I have not authorized these charges!
How do I go about getting Optus to dispute on this amount being charged?
I find it really irresponsible of Optus to have let such charges come through and when I spoke to one of your personnel via the online portal, I was told that I'll have to dispute it on my own directly with Womooda which I think is not correct.
My contract lies directly between Optus and myself, not myself and any third parties. Hence, there is an obligation on Optus to ensure customers are charged accurately and not being charged for anything that they are unknowingly charged for subscription!

Apologies about the late reply @Lotus_12. Direct carrier billing is a legitimate way that third parties are able to easily bill users for services however there should be a process where you've agreed to terms and conditions before any charges occur though. Where this hasn't happened, you're able to raise a dispute with the service provider to discuss reversing the charges. If you're having trouble doing so, please chat us your account information here → http://yesopt.us/chat2us and we'd be more than happy to get that looked into for you.
