Why is my payment not showing on my account?

I paid my bill two weeks ago. Why is it not registering on my Optus account and I’m getting reminder emails ???

There could be a great number of reasons why. It could be a system issue with the Optus app, it could be a problem with Optus billing systems, could be a problem with your bank or incorrect details being entered when you paid. Your best bet is to ask Optus directly (This is an open forum) so they can look into it. 133937 is their contact number or you can use live chat - http://yesopt.us/chat2us
