Why has my bill increased by 19 cents?

I'd like to know why my bill is up 19c this month?

My stabb in the dark guess is that you paid your last bill ($45 ?) by credit card.

As alluded to, it's likely a payment processing fee.

Your bill would have an itemised line advising the specifics for the charge.
