Have you chatted or called customer service to get them to investigate your claims?

 

Are we talking HOME or MOBILE services?

 

Have you looked at your previous bill to compare where the difference might be?

Maybe a payment processing fee for paying by card? How to Pay Your Bill.

The best answer is looking at your bill which will show an itemised charge.
