I've been trying to use the live chat option for the last couple of weeks to no avail, and the waiting times on the phone are too long.
I've been charged incorrectly on my bill and I just don't know who to talk to about it.

Try Optus Facebook if you have an account for a quicker responce. The Optus Mobile Phone app is usually pretty good too (There's an option to send them a message and they'll get back in due course when free)
