So, it's now been 12 days since I responded to the Optus Online ID email requesting further ID proof, which I gave (scanned Medicare).
I have not heard anything back yet, and nothing has come in the post.
I had assumed this would be a fast process, and would rather not spend $30 on another prepaid recharge, especially if the SIM arrives before the month is out.
Anyone else have this happen, and know what's up?
