Where is my Prepaid usage going?

Why is my prepaid phone credit disappearing when I am not making calls or texts?

Re: credit

Yes, of course. It doesn't explain why my credit diminishes by $1.00 a day when I am neitther calling nor sending texts

Re: credit

Ray YC asked me to chat, but when I open the chat page the option links don't appear to be active. I hardly use the phone; I use data only via my home broadband and I might send 2 or 3 texts a week, and make a similar number of calls, yet my credit evaporates at $1.00 per day. When I still had my dumb-phone, on the same sim card and plan, this didn't happen. So what has changed???

Re: credit

Please try using a different internet browser.

Alternatively if you have a social media account, please send a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter with the details.
