What a disgrace

Optus. My father is recently deceased. You cancelled the mobile phone in his name, which is my mother’s only source of communication. We reinstated it, after much effort, now you are billing her a higher amount. Why? 

So very disappointed! As if dealing with grief isn’t hard enough.
