Thanks for raising this with us here.
It just sounds like you Voicemail isn't quite set up properly and so I can help with this.
Please try dialling **004*321# on your mobile and it will send you a text confirming your diversion is activated.
From there, if you call 321 and follow the prompts, you will be able to set up/manage your voicemail and greeting etc.
