Voicemail problem

My voicemail is set up - dialed 321 - recorded message is there.  But when someone calls it doesn't go to the voicemail.

Went through the "solutions" and tried this:

Dial these numbers using your normal "I'm making a call keypad" and hit dial.

Not answered after 30 seconds: **61*61411000321*30#

Now people call and get this message: "Welcome to the voicemail system. To access message ..........OR to leave a message enter the full number and press #"

The problem started after have calls diverted to office number and turning that off.

Re: Voicemail problem

The correct code should be:  **61*321*30#

Change the time it takes for calls to be diverted

You can increase and decrease the amount of time it takes for a call to be diverted to voicemail. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Dial this code **61*321*XX#
If you're overseas, just dial **61*+61411000321**XX# instead
Replace XX with the ring length. You can choose from 05, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 seconds.
  2. Press send or call

# is the hash key, it's located beneath the number 9 on most keypads
* is the start/ asterisk key, it's located beneath the number 7 on most keypads
