I have been told by at least a dozen of my customers now that when they phone me the call rings and rings and then disconnects without going to voicemail even though my voicemail is set up and operational. I thought it might have been an isolated event but this have now been over a 2 month period. I wonder how much business I have lost? Anyone know of a solution to this issue or having the same issue?
Have you verified this by calling your number and seeing what happens?
As advised earlier in this thread it may not be provisioned properly so you would need to contact Optus to have this checked out.
