Voicemail activated buy not working


I have always had voicemail with my message on my phone.   Recently it has been going to a different message and then I'm sent an audio file, however they are not hearing my greeting when they call.   When I check my phone settings I'm not sure the voicemail number under settings is the one with my greeting on it.   Is there a specific number that it should be forwarded to for voicemail with your greeting?

You can check to see if your calls are diverting to Voicemail via the My Optus App > Service > Service Settings > Setup call diversions
