but seriously though - I doubt the CEO or any manager that is actually responsible for the implementation of this feature is reading this thread..

Managment does monitor most active threads.

It is part of the kpi dashboards that come with Blog software.

So if you get enough people talking and complaining, at least it becomes visible.

True the moderation of this forums is probably out sourced to a third party, with little or no interested in relaying feature requests from customers. It might be change provider .org instead.

Thanks all for you feedback.We definitely take it all on board. At the moment VVM is not supported on our network. Not to say we won't in the future.

It is absurd that this feature has still not been added. Come on Optus!!! Everyone lets make some noise so this is finally enabled

+1. Visual voicemail is a must. It's not that hard to implement. It's not going away. Would you rather spend 10 minutes on the phone trying to manage your voice mails or simply be able to see them all at a glance? Come on Optus.
