True the moderation of this forums is probably out sourced to a third party, with little or no interested in relaying feature requests from customers. It might be change provider .org instead.

+1. Visual voicemail is a must. It's not that hard to implement. It's not going away. Would you rather spend 10 minutes on the phone trying to manage your voice mails or simply be able to see them all at a glance? Come on Optus.
