Hi, I am currently a Virgin Mobile customer with 4 months left on my contract, and Virgin are offering to waive the remainder to switch to Optus.
However, when I use the link they give me (https://offer.optus.com.au/vmaspecial?i_cid=MA_early_upgrade) to the Optus offers and fill in my details and hit 'Next' the page doesn't load anything, it just times out.
Is the offer to switch no longer on the table?

I'm pretty sure their offer is open until their phase out/shut down is completed in the coming months.
Any luck if you try with a different browser?
