Another unwilling customer being scammed by this content provider. $100 in one month's bill before noticed. The unwillingness from Optus to be responsible for the charges being credited to customers accounts and then providing no means for complaint (refer it to the content provider) is totally unsatisfactory. Have been an Optus customer for years but about to take multiple mobile and internet accounts to another company as this lack of respect for customers TIME and MONEY is not satisfactory.

Same here! What's the best way to stop this? I've changed my sms spend to zero, but have read elsewhere that they could still charge.

I have also been scammed.

 

Please refund the Viobuzzy / Jamster SCAM charges please. Premium SMS has been set to $0. I never subscribed.
