Just got my bill and have been charged with two amounts totaling $13.98 for MIA Sphere live content services. I did not use this or request this service. Tried to use the 24/7 chat line just now but it seems not to be working. This is charge needs to be removed from my bill. Who and how do I go about this? What is Optus doing to prevent these scams from happening?

Hi @DW_67 - Looks like you have been subscribed to a premium service. Could you please PM me Here your full name, mobile number and date of birth so I can look into this? We may need to have this investigated by the content provider and can also bar all premium service providers so this doesn’t happen again.
