I'm seeking usage history (calls and text) for my prepaid account. Changes took place some time ago to the login interface and only enables you to view calls and txt history for the current month. I got in touch with Chat Support months ago and was told I would be emailed out usage history, but of course it never arrived. Any ideas?
Your best bet would be to follow up with Prepaid customer service to get the details you need.
