Upgrade phone

Hi, 

I've reached nearly a year in my contract and want to upgrade and return my current handset. Can this be done online and what is the return process since all stores are closed?

Optus stores aren't closed (unless that just happened?)

You will need to talk to Optus (they will arrange a satchel for return). You should pick a plan and phone so you're ready to order when you get through. Note you will be put on a new 24-36 month contract.
