Upgrade Plan - Order 114536972A

Hi,

I upgraded my plan a week ago and was given order number 114536972A via email confirmation. I have not received any correspondence since and there are no current orders showing on the online portal. Can you please confirm if this order is still in place and when I will be receiving my new phone? Thanks in advance.
